Produced and directed by Rui Martins, with interviews by Ricardo Santos, also includes the collaboration of designer Fernando Coelho and of the National Letterpress Museum (Porto). NO MOMENTO – Vítor da Silva & Design de Imprensa (Documentary)
In the fifties, before the term “Design” was known in Portugal, Vítor da Silva made his debut in the “Século” drawing room and collaborated with the “Diário de Lisboa”. In the seventies he will bring the graphic modernity of the newspapers designed by himself: “Expresso” and “Tempo”, and for the remodelling of “Diário de Notícias”.
